The Perfect Streamline
Start with one hand one the wall and one arm extended. With you eyes looking at your hand on the wall, drop your shoulders underwater, as you bring your hand from the wall behind your head and place it on top of the extended arm. Push off the wall on your side, rotating your hips so that you end up on your stomach. You should be just under the surface off the water as you leave the wall.

Steps to Remember:
1. One hand is directly on top of the other hand.
2. Make sure your arms cover your ears, making your body as tight as possible, like a torpedo.
3. Your eyes should be looking down at the bottom of the pool, during the entire streamline.
