Age Group 1 All Stars: 7-8 year olds participating in swimming with an emphasis on all four competitive strokes, skills, and techniques. They practice 2-3 times per week.

Age Group 2 All Stars: 9-10 year olds participating in swimming with an emphasis on stroke development, starts and turns, learning how to train, and having fun. They practice 3-4 times per week.

Age Group 3 All Stars: 11-12 year olds participating in swimming with an emphasis on stroke development, starts and turns, learning how to train, teaching fundamentals, self improvement and having fun. They practice 4-5 times per week.

High Shool Prep: 14-18 year olds who are not looking for year round swimming but want to prepare prior to the high school swim season. The Senior 1 group runs from Septmeber 11-October 30 and practices 2 times per week.

Senior 1 All Stars : 13-14 year olds participating in swimming with an emphasis on interval training and aerobic conditioning as well as basic goal setting. Continuing time dedicated to instruction in stroke mechanics and racing techniques. The Senior 1 group practices 5-6 times per week.

Senior 2 All Stars: 15-18 year old swimmers who have made swimming their primary sport. While the emphasis is on training, time is dedicated to instruction refining stroke mechanics and racing techniques. They practice 6-7 times per week.

Masters All Stars: 19 & over swimmers who want an activity for fitness, still have the competitive desire or need swimming as part of their triathlon.

Developmental Stroke Clinic: 7 - 12 year old children. Participants are required to swim at least one length of the pool of freestyle and backstroke without stopping. Instruction shall emphasize competitive stroke mechanics, turns, starts, and swim meet orientation. This program is a great supplement to summer swimming and introduces swimmers to the next level of competitive swimming.

Sessions are during the Fall, Winter & Spring, Sunday afternoons.
