WHO:
7-12 year olds. (Children 9-12 years old are required to swim at least one length of the pool of freestyle and backstroke without stopping)
Instruction shall emphasize competitive stroke mechanics, turns, starts, and swim meet orientation. This program is a great supplement to summer swimming and introduces swimmers to the next level of competitive swimming.

WHERE:
Stone Ridge Aquatic Center in Bethesda and Bolger Fitness Center in Potomac
Directions to Stone Ridge: School is located 1 mile inside the Beltway. From Wisconsin Ave. toward the city make a left on Cedar Lane. The school is immediately on the right. From D.C. go north on Wisconsin. Turn right on Cedar Lane.
Directions to Bolger: Go west on Democracy from Montomery Mall...Cross Seven Locks Road still heading west...about 1.5 miles on your left is a post office (Bolger Center)...the pool is located in the building next to Democracy Blvd....park in the lot near the loading dock and enter building.
